These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Home Milk Locations' services for photographic location rentals in Mallorca. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. 

2. DEFINITIONS (DEFINICIONES) 

"Home Milk Locations" ("we," "our," "us"): The location agency 
"Client" ("you," "your"): The individual or company booking the location 
"Property": The location booked through Home Milk Locations 
"Property Representative": The owner or authorized manager of the Property 
"Shoot": The photographic, film, or content creation activity 

3. BOOKING PROCESS (PROCESO DE RESERVA) 

3.1 Enquiries: 
Initial enquiry via website or email 
Property information provided 
Availability confirmation 
Rate discussion 

3.2 Confirmation: 
Full payment required to secure booking 
Insurance documentation required 
Signed location agreement 
Property guidelines acknowledgment 

4. PAYMENT TERMS (TÉRMINOS DE PAGO) 

4.1 Fees: 
Day rates as agreed per location 
Overtime: €250 per hour 
Full payment required upfront 

4.2 Payment Methods: 
Bank transfer only 
All fees in Euros 
Client responsible for transfer fees 

5. CANCELLATION POLICY (POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN) 

5.1 Client Cancellation: 
Within 48 hours: 100% fee retained 
3-7 days: 50% fee retained 
8-14 days: 25% fee retained 
15+ days: Deposit retained 

5.2 Force Majeure: 
Weather conditions 
Natural disasters 
Government restrictions 
Alternative dates offered 

6. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS (REQUISITOS DE SEGURO) 

6.1 Required Coverage: 
Public Liability (€5,000,000 minimum) 
Property Damage 
Valid certificates required 48 hours before shoot 

6.2 Drone Usage: 
AESA permit required 
Specific aviation insurance 
Licensed operator proof 

7. PROPERTY USAGE (USO DE LA PROPIEDAD) 

7.1 Permitted Use: 
Agreed areas only 
Specified shoot purpose 
Agreed crew size 
Agreed equipment 

7.2 Restrictions: 
No structural alterations 
No damage to property 
Noise level compliance 
Parking restrictions 

8. CONFIDENTIALITY (CONFIDENCIALIDAD) 

8.1 Property Privacy: 
Location details strictly confidential 
No sharing of exact address 
No GPS coordinates 
Reference as "A Home Milk Locations Property" only 

9. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS (OBLIGACIONES DEL CLIENTE) 

9.1 The Client Must: 
Follow property guidelines 
Respect privacy requirements 
Maintain cleanliness 
Report any damage 
Adhere to timing 
Respect neighbors 

10. LIABILITY (RESPONSABILIDAD) 

10.1 Client Liability: 
Property damage 
Personal injury 
Equipment damage 
Breach of confidentiality 

10.2 Home Milk Locations: 
Agency role only 
No liability for third-party actions 
Force majeure events 

11. WEBSITE USE (USO DEL SITIO WEB) 

11.1 Website Access:

11.2 Intellectual Property:

12. SEVERABILITY (DIVISIBILIDAD) 

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable:
